CANCELLATION POLICY

These policies are in place to protect your reserved appointment time, ensure fairness for all clients, and allow us to continue providing high-quality services. ⸻ D E P O S I T S A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. • Deposits are applied toward your total service balance. • Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Deposits allow us to reserve time specifically for you and prepare accordingly for your service. ⸻ C A N C E L L A T I O N S & R E S C H E D U L I N G Our cancellation policy helps protect the time reserved for each client and allows us to operate fairly. We understand that unexpected situations arise and do our best to be flexible when given proper notice—communication is key 🤍 • Cancellations will result in forfeiture of the deposit. • Appointments may be rescheduled online up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. • Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment will require an additional fee. • The additional fee is 35% of the remaining service balance and varies by service. ⸻ L A T E A R R I V A L S Please notify us as soon as possible if you anticipate arriving late so we may make any necessary arrangements. • A 10-minute grace period is provided. • Arrivals beyond 10 minutes will result in appointment cancellation, forfeiture of the deposit, and a charge of 35% of the service total. • Rebooking will be available once the no-show fee has been paid. ⸻ S E R V I C E E L I G I B I L I T Y For your safety and to ensure the best possible results, eligibility requirements are clearly listed within each service description and in the consent forms completed at the time of booking. If a service is booked despite not meeting the stated eligibility requirements, the appointment will be declined at the time of service. • The deposit will be forfeited. • 50% of the service total will be charged. • Rebooking will be available once the no-show fee has been paid.
